Graphic Recording
WHAT:
Live, analog hand-drawn graphics with pens that harvest the main insights, goals, and flow of your session and help with the sense-making process.

HOW:
A large board with an evolving graphic map reflecting the dialogue and creativity back into the room, making insights tangible, fun, and memorable.

VALUE:
Synthesise and simplify complexity.
Consolidate and organise dispersed information.
Help your team see the bigger picture with common metaphors. Discover the shared critical points, phrases, and connections.
Through visuals, people have a greater experience of feeling heard and seen and leave your event with a sense of how their individual contributions fit into the broader context and objectives of the whole.
A graphic map is a powerful strategic tool to align diverse perspectives, promote interconnected understanding and foster collaboration.

Powerful exhibit/display to drive change in-house.
Can also be digitised for social media channels
and wider audiences in print.

The Graphic Map
My work is produced on a x3 metre wide roll of paper (c. 112cm high) Brought to life with a beautiful palette of quality coloured pens.

This process harvests and documents conversation and discussion headlines.
Providing a corporate memory which visualises change and makes attendees feel heard.
A tangible object to takeaway and display.
And reawaken the event and key decisions.
Helping drive change and gain consensus.

A great engagement tool for bringing meetings to life, injecting creativity into the room due to scale.

The work can be scanned post-event for a digital version. Providing great in house comms to share across your business territories.
Equipment and Setup
I bring my own Graphic Recording boards, packed flat and wheeled into venues.
I provide my own pens and paper, with other accessories necessary for the work.
Producing a Graphic Map requires space, good lighting and proximity to clearly hear and see the group/ speaker/s.
